Support Within Reach

Who We Are

Fundacja Dwóch Serc (Two Hearts Foundation) was established to offer support to people in mental health crises, to stand up for those experiencing discrimination, and to help individuals living with chronic pain.

We are a non-governmental organisation based in Warsaw, working across Poland and internationally. The Foundation was established in 2023 out of a deep desire for real change. We believe the world is something we all share, and that the suffering of others should never leave us indifferent.

We help people experiencing a mental health crisis, facing discrimination, or living with chronic pain. At the heart of everything we do is the individual and their personal story – not statistics

Mental health crises, social exclusion, and long-term physical suffering are often invisible. Those affected struggle not only with their health and social difficulties, but also with loneliness, misunderstanding, and a lack of access to proper psychological support. Fundacja Dwóch Serc was established to help fill this gap.

What We Do

Fundacja Dwóch Serc (Two Hearts Foundation) is a charity that supports people going through mental health crises, works towards a world free from discrimination, and helps those living with chronic pain. Everything we do is grounded in the firm belief that mental wellbeing, equal treatment, and human dignity are the bedrock of a safe and decent society. We aim to create a welcoming space where people find genuine support, understanding, and the possibility of real, lasting change.

We support people going through mental health crises.

We offer professional psychological support to those in crisis, helping them regain stability and a sense of safety.
