We would like to share some good news with you.
In September, we are planning to launch a new project for Ukrainians living in Poland who may need psychological support.
We know that life in another country can be many different things. You may know the city well, have a job, friends, familiar routes and your everyday routines, yet still miss home.
You may feel as though you are living between two countries, worrying about those who have stayed in Ukraine, getting used to a new life, making plans and dealing with countless practical matters, and sometimes simply becoming tired of carrying so much on your own.
And in moments like these, advice is not always what you need. Sometimes, what you need most is someone you can talk to about what is happening to you. Someone with whom you do not have to be strong, explain everything or already know what to do next.
That is why we want to give Ukrainians living in Poland the opportunity to access professional psychological support and a safe space to talk.
The project will begin in September.
Very soon, we will share more information about how the project will work, who will be able to benefit from the support and how to book a consultation.
Follow our page – we will be sharing all the details very soon.
