§1 General Provisions
  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the website of Fundacja Dwóch Serc, available at fundacjadwochserc.org (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
  2. The administrator of the Website is Fundacja Dwóch Serc, based in Warsaw at ul. Bobrowiecka 10 m. 63, 00-728 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001028832, NIP 5214013379, REGON 524912623.
  3. This Website is of an informative nature and serves to present the activities of the Foundation, in particular in the areas of psychological support, acting against discrimination and assistance for people living with chronic pain.
  4. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
§2 Nature of the Website
  1. All content published on the Website is for information and educational purposes only.
  2. The information provided on the Website does not constitute psychological or legal advice and does not replace individual consultations with a qualified specialist.
  3. Use of this Website does not create any therapeutic relationship or legal relationship between the user and the Foundation.
  4. The Foundation accepts no liability for any decisions made by users based on the content published on the Website.
§3 Contact Form
  1. The Website allows users to contact the Foundation via a contact form.
  2. Submitting the contact form does not constitute acceptance of an application or any obligation on the part of the Foundation to provide assistance.
  3. The scope and form of any potential support are determined individually after reviewing the application.
  4. Detailed rules on the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
§4 Scope of Support
  1. The Foundation may offer psychological support, psychoeducation and legal information within its anti-discrimination projects (in accordance with §4 point 5 of the Foundation’s Statute).
  2. Support is provided in the form of information, workshops or support groups and is delivered in line with the statutory objectives of the Foundation (§4 of the Statute).
  3. The Foundation reserves the right to refuse support in the event of insufficient organisational, professional, or project-related capacity.
§5 Copyright
  1. All content published on the Website, including text, graphics, visual materials and the layout of the site remains the property of the Foundation or is used under appropriate licences.
  2. Copying, distributing or using any content without the Foundation’s consent is prohibited, except where permitted under applicable copyright law.
§6 Liability
  1. The Foundation makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the Website is up-to-date and accurate.
  2. The Foundation shall not be liable for:
    • any technical interruptions in the functioning of the Website,
    • force majeure events,
    • content published on external websites to which the Website provides links,
    • content generated by cookies and analytical tools (details are set out in the Privacy Policy),
    • any decisions taken by users based on information published on the Website.
